Exemption from liability:
1. Liability for proprietary information
CENTERLINE GmbH has made the present web site available free of charge.
CENTERLINE GmbH shall not bear responsibility for the actuality, accuracy,
completeness, or quality of the information made available. The liability of

7. Choice of law, court of jurisdiction

the headquarters of CENTERLINE GmbH is located. This agreement as to the jurisdiction
of the court in the event of litigation shall only apply to fully qualified
merchants and foreign contractual partners as well as legal persons representing

the commercial register at the local court of Duisburg under the number HRB 11386.
